Midnight rush, with a pen in my hand
Dink in link in, sand-script with a fan
Remembering me, before it began
Sometimes I felt so def in a jam
But the ones who loved me, told me to stop
Her mind waltzed with the thought of a tom to keep her happy, to take her away in his paws and simply dance under the moonlit. But it seemed her to her father, no tom was good enough for her. No matter whom the type was, the smart, the brute, the fastest, the quiet, the shy. Swanfur never seemed to get her father's approval upon any of the males she hung around or tried to talk to.
'Cause I do not accept any less
Than someone just as real, as fabulous
Don't want no paper gangsta
Won't sign away my life to
Someone whose got the flavor
But don't have no follow through
Don't want no paper gangsta
She, herself, had found some charming young fellows, but again her father never approved of them. Even if she wanted to, sign her life away, none of them seemed to catch what she wanted either. Someone to compliment here everyday, someone to call her love and maybe bring her flowers. To bring her favorite prey.
Got something really shiny to start
Want me to sign there on your range rover heart?
I've heard it before
Yeah, the dinners were nice
Till your diamond words melted into some ice
But the few that tried to even speak to her seemed to be too stuck for their own good, or only wanted kits to bring into the world, longing their generation forth. Others were a bit cold to the touch, and were easy to snap in her face. She pondered if it was worth trying, to even find a suitable mate. The molly was indeed pretty and had her own quirks about her, but at the same time, others clashed with her quirk.
She turned her tail to those that rudely decided to ruin her evening, kicking up sand and turn the other ear, the picky molly having her own mindset for wanting the perfect male in her life to care for her, someone like Rushfeather, because like in an old saying, beings find love in familiar things. She wanted to be treated like a queen and not some one night stand. She wants the flavor written in a single piece of paper, of love poetry and not a squawking mess of a rude boy, she would rather die alone than not find her soul mate.
