He is relatively tall for his age with long limbs and a lean form. His fur is always unkempt and ruffled, his appearance in a perpetual state of bedraggled and dirty due to his lack of care regarding grooming of any kind. Mudkit is a filthy boy and he is proud of it. Personality An energetic and excitable young cat, Mudpaw is a feline of motion and he stays in motion even when doing things that would have other cats remaining still. He twitches in his sleep, he taps his paws and tail impatiently while sitting, there isn't a moment that goes by where he isn't wriggling in place and eagerly dancing from paw to paw. His cheerful demeanor leads to him making friends easily, but his optimism tends to come across obnoxious at times given he never seems to run out of it. Mudkit doesn't consider himself nosy but he does have a nasty habit of not taking hints and thrusting himself into situations that he has no business being in. He has good intentions and chaotic methods, a whirlwind of a cat that generally believes there is good in everyone with dangerously naive ideals. History Born to Stoneheart and Fallowtail along with another kitten, Mudkit was named for his brown markings that made him look as if he had stumbled into a messy puddle. His sister, Snowkit, was named for the opposite-a pristine pelt that left her looking clean and sleek. The two got along well despite their obvious personality differences, her the cool and sensible child while he left his parents pulling their fur out in exasperation to his antics. It was a shock then, for him, when one day she was not in the nursery and his prying questions and nosy queries finally revealed to him where she had gone; StarClan. Mudkit couldn't quite wrap his mind around his sister's absence, always stalling in his play and mischief to listen for her scolding tone but it never came again. She was gone. Eventually he grew restless, more adventurous and his tired parents long since gave up trying to keep him contained.
