Note: The Alliance are currently trying to gain allies within the clans. See "Current Plot" below for more details and feel free to post a reply if you're interested.
SOME GENERAL INFO
This is the new plotting and general information thread for The Anti-Clan Alliance, also commonly called the rogue group, an unofficial group that was started on CH quite a while ago. Here you can find and post important info for your Alliance characters, suggest plots, or ask for your character to join. The Alliance was originally created by Honeyheart, role played by ladyspectral . The original thread for it is here.
This is a group of mostly violent rogues with an overarching aim of causing harm to the clans. They started as a rather ragtag gang and their motivations and exact goals remain scattered. Some want the clans destroyed, some have been personally wronged by the clans, some want an excuse for violence, and others are just trying to survive.
If you'd like the join the group or make a character already in the group, post with your character and desired role in the comments below. You can also message me on Discord as "@ fireflake" without the space.
CURRENT PLOT
The Anti-Clan Alliance have just moved underground, to a currently-abandoned construction site. All attempts to keep the Alliance alive and well have failed, and now it's just Scorpio and Spire. Believing that there's no other option, Scorpio has resolved to recruit allies for their cause from inside the clans themselves. The rogues are still looking for outsiders to join, but their main mission now is to get clan cats on their side.Thread: Hellbent

HISTORY SUMMARY
Moons since creation: 54 [Mar 27, 2018]
After a forest fire destroyed their first home, the clans descended into the park and decimated the prey population, then left without a word. A rogue named Honeyheart saw this and followed, gathering cats along the way for an alliance against the clans.
When the clans found their new home, the rogue cats settled into the heart of the nearby Twolegplace and began to attack the clans. This went on for several moons, allowing the rogues time to grow stronger and gain a unique culture. Then their actions caught up to them. The clan cats knew where they were, the Twolegs started trying to capture them, and they had to move away from their L-shaped alleyway.
Several patrols later, they found a Twoleg den that had been left to rot and decided it was their best option. Life went on as usual until one day when Honeyheart took a small group of cats to hunt in MothClan's territory. A strong warrior found them and attacked Honeyheart, killing her after a brief fight.
Their founder's death was a hard hit to the Alliance, and many cats left. Honeyheart's daughter Artemis held her burial, in which she announced that Honeyheart had been planning to appoint a cat called Split to the council, the group's leadership. Honeyheart's vengeance-driven son Scorpio soon joined Split and Honeyheart's daughter Hornet in the council. Split went missing and Hornet died, but Scorpio didn't appoint Spire as a new council member until moons afterwards.
Not long ago, disease-spreading rats flooded into the Twolegplace, and Scorpio spent moons trying to safeguard the Alliance and figure out where the rodents came from. He invited the Alliance cats on a patrol to track down their source, but nobody came. After that, MothClan offered to let rogues join them and several of the Alliance cats took them up on it. Scorpio announced an attack on MothClan, but several more cats left, so two moons later, he changed it to a kit-snatching mission on the night of the Gathering.
The Alliance found a new ally in Amaris's League, and these rogues helped in the kitnapping. Though the mission yielded three kits, MothClan managed to recover one, and the other two went missing. Now, the Alliance has been whittled down to Scorpio and Spire, and Scorpio is determined to recruit clan cats themselves as allies. They have just moved into the unfinished basement of a currently-abandoned construction site.

FULL HISTORY
Seasons ago, a rogue named Honeyheart began to assemble an alliance against the clans. The origins of this group have become murky over time and now the cats are left with little more than stories and rumors. The tale that the rogue herself told goes like this:
"In the old forest, a peace existed between the clans and outsiders most times. Sure the rogues and loners would trespass occasionally to hunt, but nothing noteworthy in the grand scheme of things. This changed after the forest fire caused by twolegs, the clans descending down into the twolegplace in a grand invasion. They settled in the prey rich park, decimating the prey population for generations to come and spreading strange illnesses to the outsiders. And just as quickly as they had come, they left without a word, without a word of apology for what they had left. One of the rogues saw this, and gathered numbers over the moons as she followed."
When the clan cats found a place in the new territories, the bunch of rogues settled nearby, making their home in the heart of the Twolegplace where no clan cat would dare set down a paw. Their numbers and strength grew, as did their body count, until the rogue group had built a foundation on the blood of clan cats. Customs and rituals developed. Different roles emerged.
It wasn't long before their presence was noticed. The clan cats tracked them down after a few kidnappings and attacked. The Twolegs, seeing the rough condition of the cats, began to trap them and bring them to a shelter. The L-shaped alleyway that had sheltered the Alliance was no longer a safe home. After several fruitless patrols, the rogues discovered an old Twoleg den that had been abandoned and left to rot. With no better option, they moved in.
At this time, the council was composed of only two cats; Honeyheart and her daughter Hornet. Both had contributed kits to the group, and it was growing stronger by the day. Honeyheart, unbeknownst to the others, was not. Nightmares of the atrocities she had caused began to haunt her nights, leaving her tired and weakened. One day, while a small patrol of the group cats was hunting in MothClan territory, she ran into a strong warrior and was killed after a brief fight.
With the group's founder dead, the cats were in chaos. Her daughter Artemis revealed that Honeyheart had been planning to appoint Split to the council, but Hornet and Split didn't seem to hold the same weight as Honeyheart had. Cats fled or simply disappeared. Rituals were forgotten. Hornet appointed her younger half-brother Scorpio to the council, making it three cats as Honeyheart had always intended. Scorpio had witnessed Honeyheart's death and been left with a thirst for clan blood.
Unfortunately, Scorpio was also in the middle of trying to hunt down his mother's killer, Patchfrost. It took him moons to focus on the Alliance again, and shortly after that, disaster struck once more. Split went missing and was eventually discovered dead. Flea-infested rats streamed into the Twolegplace. Hornet died. The final nail in the coffin was when MothClan offered to take in rogues and Alliance cats started to leave without a word. Scorpio declared an attack, as soon as he could find two trustworthy cats for the council.
Two moons later, the Alliance had halved in size again. The attack was twisted into something worse: a kit-snatching mission, on the full moon when the clans would be expecting peace. It was around this time that Scorpio ran into another rogue, Amaris, whose League of cats seemed perfect allies for his own cause. Quietly, fleeing from or killing any cat that saw them, the rogues captured three of the clans' young. Three that they hoped would ensure the Alliance's future. The rogues took them to the park to evade the warriors that would surely come looking for them.
The move was not as effective as they'd hoped. Two of the kits disappeared. The third, rescued in a MothClan attack, quickly returned to the ways of his parents. The Alliance moved back to the Rotting Den and their numbers continued to whittle down until it was only Scorpio and Spire.
Scorpio, determined not to let the Anti-Clan Alliance fail, planned a new kind of attack. This time, they would turn the clan cats against their own, and destroy the clans from the inside. From their new base, the unfinished basement of a currently-vacant construction site, he began to recruit once again.
...but what happened next? Well, that's up to you.
ROLES
Fighter
As suggested by the name, fighters are expected to spend most of their days training for battle. They often patrol for threats in the twolegplace, as well as accompanying the other specialties on patrols to fight in the case of an enemy attack.
Hunter
Hunters are expected to bring back the lion's share of the prey. They wander the twolegplace, searching for scraps and small creatures alike. While they aren't expected to provide for the Alliance before themselves, they are required to provide.
Scout
Scouts are essential to the group. They are the trailblazers, brave souls that go forth before any other cat. They report their findings, whether that's the locations of fresh water or the locations of enemy cats.
Healer
Healers, despite their seemingly passive name, can prove to be just as deadly as any other rogue. They learn the uses of herbs found in the forests as well as the twolegplace, both healing and harming. They carry out most of the rituals done by the group.

RITUAL SCARS
Scars show much about a cat, doubly so for the Alliance. They can show where a cat has been, where the path of life has taken them and what position they hold.
Mark of Growth (Prick on the paw pad with a thorn, 4 moons old)
Mark of Metamorphosis(Horizontal scar on right leg, if a cat changes their specialty)
Mark of Victory (First fight won right side, first kill left side)
Mark of The Dust (Betrayal/prisoners, across eyes or nose. Non blinding in most cases.)
Marks of Leadership (Council members only, three scars in a deep v, between eyes and onto muzzle.)
Mark of the Shun (For kits/cats that leave the group officially. Horizontal scars on the chest.)
Mark of Enlightenment (When a clan cat joins the rogues. Deep scar across the shoulders.)

RITUALS
Rituals are performed throughout a cat’s life, as well as scarification. While many scars are not given their own ritual, and are instead conducted in private with a healer’s help, some are used to mark a cat’s growth. All rituals are done out of StarClan’s sight, while the sun is the highest in the sky. The entire group is called, similar to a monthly clan meeting.
Most scars are applied by the healers unless it’s stated otherwise, and will be treated as any other wound.
Note: Italicized rituals should not be RPed out to keep it within the PG-13 rating. This only applies to the scarification, and when it gets to that point the cat should head to the healer’s den and exit the thread there.

Ritual of Growth
When a kit turns 4 moons, they begin training. One of the council members calls the 4 moons forward, and announces their growth. The kits must swear loyalty to the group.
Example text:
CM: “Do you swear to remain loyal to your kin, no matter what events may come or the future may hold?”
The kit then replies, affirming or refusing. Should they refuse they are marked with the mark of the shun and brought far away from the rotting den. If they return without a guide they will be treated as a traitor. If they accept, they will prick their paw on the offered thorn, drawing blood. They are expected to begin light training, provided by their parents.
At the conclusion, the council members present the kits with a single pebble. The mother is also granted a pebble for each of her kits that remains with the group.

Ritual of Choosing
When the kits become 6 moons, they become full members of the group. They can be addressed as a group, or as individuals if there aren’t many.
Example text:
We have many cats turning six lunar cycles. We have watched you grow, and you have made us proud. Now is the time to choose what you wish for your future to shape into, as full members of our family. This is not set in stone, as you are all free to pursue your own path.
The 6 moons step forward, stating what the path they wish to follow. Should they change their mind later on, they will be marked with the mark of metamorphosis by the healers.

Ritual of Return
Sometimes, a cat may leave and wish to return. They must wait outside the rotting den until a member notices them, and express their desire to return to the group. The cat should bring them inside, directly to the nearest council member. It is then that the cats around the den shall be called, and they will vote on if the cat should be allowed to return.
If they’re accepted they will share tongues with the council members present, signifying their acceptance. If they’re rejected, they will be escorted away by the scouts.
The Mark of the Shun will be added to, crossed out with a diagonal scar, in this ritual.

Ritual of Treason
Ritual of Enlightenment
Ritual of Farewells
Sometimes cats turn against the group, or shunned cats return without being welcomed back. In this case, the rogues are gathered. The cat is told the reason for their punishment, and are expected to remain silent. They may explain the reason or try to defend themselves if prompted, but otherwise every cat in the group is expected to strike the traitor once.
If a queen lost a kit to the traitor, she can strike him twice. The same goes for any cat injured purposefully by said cat.
Healers may administer herbs to make the cat ill or weak.
After each cat has gotten a blow, the council moves forward and slashes the cat across the face. This can be blinding but in most cases it simply leaves a very visible scar.
The traitor is then either killed or left for dead deep in the twolegplace.

Ritual of Enlightenment
When a clan cat leaves their clan, it is seen as a rebirth for that cat. With the act of betrayal expected by the cat, their old self dies and with the scarring they are reborn. They have the option of picking a new name as well.
Ritual of Farewells
Cats die, and the rogues honor them despite their cruel and violent reputation. The group is gathered, and either a council member or a close friend of the dead cat speaks on their life. The dead cat’s stones are gathered by the group, and set in a pile in the place of stacked stones. As the ritual comes to a close it is expected the friends of the dead yowl as loud as they can manage, the sound to supposedly bid the cat’s spirit farewell.

DECEASED
After cats die, the stones that were given to them in rituals and when they killed are put in a pile next to the announcement stone, to remember them. These are the piles that currently exist.
>>> Weaseltongue: Killed by Mudjaw. One stone, never killed anyone but deserves to be remembered as an early Alliance member.
>>> Lynx: Murdered by Eaglewing. One stone, given in commemoration as he never got the chance to earn any.
>>> Honeyheart: Killed by Patchfrost. Fourteen stones. Four kills: Houndmaw, Doeleap, Shrikeheart, and Pikefoot. Ten kits: Hornet, Sting, Blaze, Lynx, Viper, Orion, Scorpio, Hecate, and Artemis.
>>> Split: Died in MothClan's fire. Eight stones. Two kills: Rivershine and one of Bearstar's lives. Six kits: Stargazer, Vixen, Reba, Vulpes, Zephyr, and Vestia. (Not all were still with the group when they had their Rituals of Growth, but since it was wildly late, Scorpio has given six for them anyway.)
>>> Hornet: Died from a congenital brain issues. Seven stones. Four kills: Volepaw and three unknown cats. Three kits: Lucifer, Batibat, and Belial.
>>> Bluebird: Killed secretly by Vulture. Her body was never recovered, so she was assumed to have left, and not marked with stones.
Total stones: 31
OOC Note From Ladyspectral
Yo, this is a group of cats created both by IC events and a desire to create a brand new culture and flavor to the warrior's universe. None of this (to my knowledge) is from the series, instead it has been a community project made by the players of Carried Home. I ask you don't use this for an outside source whatsoever, but instead I encourage you to be unique and creative. Create, write, get inspired!
As far as joining, you do not need a reason to be angry with the clans. Your cat can simply want to survive, or even just want to raise some hell. Please note the moons since creation if your cat was born into the group.
