Smokenight figured a moon rise time alone outside of camp would do them some good.  As they both have been busy with warrior duties, and a bit of Lostruby's coughing. It has the black smoke she-cat worry for her mate. 

She lifted her head to look at the glowing silver pelt of the starclan shine as they start to glow as it starts to get dark. She enjoys seeing the glow of them during the night. 

She turned back to face her mate, with love and caring for her mate shined in her eyes.

Lostruby hadn't been looking, or even feeling his best recently. The tom's fur was dull, his eyes twitchy and his movements slow. Constantly he was wheezing, to the point that his throat was run dry and it was harder to speak.

He'd eventually have to put his paw down, when enough was enough. But he wasn't ready.

Trudging forwards, the tom didn't notice his mate's stare at first, his eyes staring blankly ahead. His tail brushed over the ground, and he gave a heavy wheeze before turning his attention back towards her.

Lostruby attempted a small smile, but his eyes simply couldn't brighten any more.

Of course, Smokenight can see though Lostruby tried to show happiness, she saw his once brightness, wasn't there as it once was. That saddened the black smoke molly for her mate. Smokenight made sure to do her best for her mate, the way she knew how was to be there for him, whenever he needed her, maybe even when he didn't know himself.

She paused in her steps, and let her head try to press under her mate's chin, with a small purr, her best way without speaking them out loud to show she still love him as much as she did when they where younger and their clan was but a tribe, that she always will love him no matter what.

She couldn't believe already their children are now warriors. Sure one of their daughters is just simply gone, she hopes Sunpaw one of their daughters is happy where ever she went. But despite that, they still have two of their children, one daughter Morningbloom and son Echowatch who are now warriors. "Think both our kits have become great warriors." she meowed gently.

"Thank you, for joining me, on a chance for us to have some alone time together. We can stay out as long as you like." she meowed, after some pause, as she was thankful for this time alone with him, but she also was worried for his condition.\
