|| RULES AND INFORMATION ||
Rules
• If you are unable to keep the kit alive until at least apprenticehood, please don't try out as it is unfair to the other members. We understand that life sometimes gets in the way, but if you are unsure if you'll be able to keep the kit alive then please do not apply for it.
• Birth names cannot be changed, however, you are free to make up any nicknames used by friends/family and the name if they choose to remain outside the clans. Along the same lines, while the sex of the kitten cannot be changed, the gender is free to chosen. Please just keep in mind that a young kitten is likely not going to understand what it means to be a more complex gender, so perhaps hold off until apprenticehood before exploring gender identity.
• When roleplaying as a kitten, please include Tallulah Rose or Longwing in the background watching them as it would be out of character of the parents to not be there when their offspring are with another cat, kit or adult. It would also be favorable if you keep them in Tallulah's garden unless accompanied by their parents.
General Information
• During their early kithood, Longwing will visit the kittens often, bringing them all sorts of bits and bobbles from Ivyclan and its forest. He will be a very doting father who makes mountains out of his babies’ molehills and will be the fretting hen out of the two parents while Tallulah with be the fun and adventurous parent. The kittens will see Tallulah and Longwing interact amicably, but not romantically as the pair are only platonic friends. Still, their family will be close-knit.
• While he could’ve kept it a secret and his clan would have been none the wiser, Longwing has informed Owlstar of his illegitimate kits and it has yet to be decided if he will be punished for his negligence.
• The kittens will be raised with Tallulah in her twoleg’s home until the age at which they are weaned (3 moons?). At that point, the kittens have one of three choices to make: stay a kittypet and be dispersed among the Twoleg Place (albeit in the same general vicinity as their mother), join their father in Ivyclan, or choose to follow Eaglewing and the rogue group for training. If they choose the kittypet lifestyle, the kitten’s name shall change to fit whatever their new twoleg owner dubs them. If they choose to join Ivyclan or the rogue group, they will keep their birth name and be brought up as a clan cat alongside Longwing or by the rogue group’s culture with Eaglewing. Kittens who choose the route of a rogue will likely not interact much with Longwing and their clan littermates as Tallulah will have lied about letting them join the rogue group by saying they were taken far away by her house folk to become kittypets in another neighborhood.
• Due to the lack of clan culture in Tallulah’s background, the legitimacy of her kits’ ‘clan names’ are up to Owlstar’s discretion and are subject to change if necessary.
