There's a strange presence in the country of WINNERATH. Strange beings are lurking throughout the city, but no one knows where they came from or how they got here. There are rumors lurking around, but nothing has ever been confirmed. Some believe that they are actually spies - either from another country or another universe - sent here to spy on the population. They have been dubbed, "Keinemann". The government has moved for their capture or removal from the country by "any means necessary".
The problem? There's a small cult following, aiming specifically to become more like Keinemann, and they believe that they can be achieved. What the cult is about, and whether they are providing aid and assistance to the Keinemann has not been determined by the Federal Bureau of Investigations, though they are considered a moderate threat to the country. They are still trying to confirm whether or not any of their attempts to help the Keinemann have been successful, as well as whether or not they know anything about any existing Keinemann in the city.
Keinemann have a wonderful way of shape-shifting into normal human beings, as well. Documented cases have proven that they have superhuman powers, as well. Not many have been caught, but different cases indicate different superhuman capabilities, and it hasn't been confirmed whether they all share different actual abilities, or whether they have several unique, superhuman abilities. Some have shown that they have humanitarian traits and have been documented using their unique gifts to help society at large in a few rare cases. But most of them have been dangerous to society, and therefore have left the Keinemann as a threat.
Now, there's one thing that lurks in the back of the minds of the average citizen of Winnerath. "Who are you?" A question that has a double-meaning, as people try to avoid these strange beings at all costs.
