Handsome, rather than beautiful, is a good way to describe Sandhawk's appearance. She shares a sleekness to her body that is shared to with her other family members - long, limbed, with a narrow, expressive face. But while such features may appear more delicate on a female cat, she moves in a way that is decidedly more solid, almost masculine.
Her short-furred coat is primarily sandy in nature - it is clear the inspiration for her name. On top of this primary undercoat is a silver that marks her back and upper limbs like a saddle of coloring. Her face is a mix of this grey, striped with the sandy coloring; while her front muzzle is so pale it appears to be white. She has a sort of rose-colored nose, framed by very long white whiskers. Lastly, there are her eyes - framed in the same white as her muzzle, a greenish-yellow color.
Sandhawk has always striven to prove herself - having little to no sense of humor. She is a serious she-cat, with no times with games or playing around. She gets joy out of work, and serving her clan.
Although, perhaps, the one thing that she will stop for it a bit of competition - growing up surrounded mainly by toms, she was constantly pushing herself to show that she was not just as good, but better than them all. While other cats her age would settle down with a mate, she refuses to; determined to find someone who is worthy of her, perhaps. In fact, she has made a deal saying that she will only mate with someone who is able to challenge and beat her in combat; and thus far no one in her clan, during a friendly meet, has been able to.
The only type of humor she seems to show is sarcasm; dragging out suggestions and sayings in a particularly dry way. She is tired and put upon by caring for keeping her youngest family member out of trouble, and even from time to time her litter mate - making her appear as if she were several years older than she actually is.
Sandhawk has always prided herself on working hard. She was the member of a small litter, of which only herself and her brother Cavernbolt seemed to have made it to true adulthood. Even as a kit, she seemed to show a seriousness that belied her age - and a penchant for work over play. Perhaps it was in major contrast to her brother.
Now, Sandhawk is determined to prove herself the best sort of cat in her clan. However, ever since the birth of little brother, Adderpaw, she feels like she's just been put into the crosshairs as a sort of familial babysitter.
Carried Home is a Warriors roleplay forum. We feature four clans - all four of which have futures that heavily depend on what your characters do - as well as a 50 word count minimum on RP posts, and a functioning currency and shop.
While most of the action does center around our four clans, members are also permitted to make loners, rogues, and kittypets. You can also make both StarClan and Dark Forest characters.
