Bearbelly is a tomcat, coming in and standing at a rather average size and stature. Not overly muscles or thin, one could describe him as blatantly normal in a sense. His coat color is nothing to brag about, holding with it a mere solid pattern of black like the dark of the void itself. Not a dash of white is to be seen on him apart from a very slight, very faint dash on his chest easily unnoticeable upon first, second, and third glance, sending him melting in with the dark of the night around him; almost invisible to the eyes when the sun goes down. On his face sits two eyes of a light green shade, likely the most striking aspect of his looks that he carries with him. Bearbelly’s fur is short and soft to the touch, glistening with a sleek shine, always smoothed down and perfect under his care. Albeit his size, Bearbelly is both sturdy on his feet and strong in his claws.

Bearbelly is a rather vocal male, enjoying the company of his friends and family around him. The comfort of others is likely what often keeps the tom on his feet alongside the work and comfort of his daily tasks such as hunting and defending the lands that he calls home. As stated, he loves the company of others, and during the day, it’s not often that you can find him doing stuff alone; whether it be hunting or sitting around in camp, he loves to have somebody by his side in good conversation and pleasure. Bearbelly has a rather dry sense of humor, but is not uncommon to get some easy chuckles from deep in his throat. Holding a conversation and speaking comes naturally to him, and due to his particularly strong inability to hold an unneeded grudge, he likes to believe that he in turn is well liked and respected by his clanmates around him.
Despite his size, Bearbelly holds strong in battle, unmoving against the blow of an opponent.. unless they be far, far larger than he be. While not as fast and quick-footed on his paws, his claws are aimed with precise accuracy to land upon the target in which he intends. While not quick to fight, he will defend the clan until his dying breath and follow commands of his above ranks with such fierce loyalty that he will attack with morals brushed aside as much as he may muster. Whether or not he feels a fight to be justified, he will stand alongside until is done and won. Perhaps his loyalty here proves his deathly flaw just as much as it is a virtue, following the leader through bad just as willingly as the good.
Bearbelly finds his favorite times to work to be as the sun sets underneath the horizon. Dawn patrols? He is the first to volunteer, it seems, preferring to get his rest during the days almost as if he were nocturnal. Perhaps it’s the silent air around him with the sound of crickets chirping, or perhaps the cool winds prickling through his pelt. The dark of the night hiding his dark form from the first glance of many around him, or the knowing that the world around him sleeps while he strides. Whatever it is, the tomcat finds great comfort in such... even if it may stand contrasting to his social nature. Besides, it’s not quite unoften that he may do his best to convince a friend to wake and walk alongside him.

A young kit who grew up in Mistclan, Bearkit spent a majority of his early life living and loving life in the nursery with his mother and siblings. Perhaps he had originally been unwilling to think of any life outside of the warmth of the nursery, all up until the day he left the den for the first time and saw the camp as a whole. Ever since that day, Bearkit had looked up to being a warrior, like every other kit’s childhood dreams were. Over time, he started hi apprenticeship and worked his way up towards warriorhood, bearing his position with pride. Despite the troubles all the clans have been going through throughout the moons, Bearbelly has remained steady in his duties.
