Honeyspring's appearance is one that draws attention, that's for sure. She has a long, slick coat of golden fur with white adorning her belly, muzzle, and accenting above her dark-rimmed eyes -- one of which is amber, the other of which is blue. Her nose and pawpads are a rich salmon color. If she were in any other Clan, her large stature would set her apart even more, but as a proud MothClan Warrior, Honeyspring still has a small pool of suitable toms who aren't intimidated by her size, although they may still be scared away by her equally large persona. She also has some scarring / bald spots on her right back leg from the fire that burnt down MothClan's camp when she was a kit.
If you were to ask her Clanmates, they'd probably tell you that Honeyspring is a reasonably self-assured young warrior. She's confident, and has the capability to back that up. She's great in patrols, and while she has natural leadership abilities, she's also good at judging the best role for her to take on and following orders when someone else is in charge -- as long as they're doing a respectable job, that is. When it comes to toms, she's a bit of a flirt, but has little intention of "passionate romance" or any silly notion like that. She's a warrior first, always eager to prove that she's not some simpering kittypet. Despite all of her efforts to seem tough, Honeyspring does have a compassionate streak, and tries to be kind to everyone regardless of their status.
Honeyspring is a born and bred MothClan cat, her mother being MothClan's (NPC) Emberbrook. She was the only surviving kit in her litter (her brothers - twins, were stillborn), and she's never met her father - Emberbrook always told Honeyspring that he was a strapping nomadic loner, but Honeyspring always doubted the truth behind that, as do her Clanmates, though they don't dare say anything. But, with such a luxurious coat and her heterochromia, it seems likely that Honeyspring may have kittypet lineage. Despite this genetic infraction, Honeyspring had a fairly normal relationship with her mother and Clanmates, and despite the fire in MothClan camp when she was three moons old, she went into her warrior training without a hitch -- and perhaps with more determination than she would've had if it weren't for her self-doubt about her kittypet genes. She excelled in her training, despite facing a setback she's never shared with anyone: the failing vision in her blue eye. She isn't quite sure when it started, but she realized when she began her training that she couldn't see as well as her fellow apprentices, and that she had more trouble than they did at first, before she learned to adapt to her disability. However, over the time she's been a warrior, she's noticed that her depth perception continues to worsen, and she lives in fear of having to retire early.
