"If you want to love others, you need to love yourself first."
A handsome tom built for speed in the water. His fur color is a majority of brown with dark brown almost black tabby markings all over his body minus around his chest where it is white. His front paws have white ankle socks and his hind legs have thigh high white socks on; those being the only absence of color on him. Otherwise his body is a rather lean framed figure with brown tabby markings. His eyes are a gentle but hold an alertness to them; in the shade of pale green that look almost cattish yellow in the light. His slim and lean framed figure makes him an adapt swimmer and short tabby fur is waterproof much like his fellow clan mates.
Mackerelstripe is known for being a rather quiet fellow. He keeps to himself at most times but he's not one to let his clan mates suffer or go through stuff alone. He is kind of shy at first but he has a warm heart. He loves to talk to others and shy at first when you meet him he's rather vibrant when he's gotten to know you. He'll talk your ear off about anything he finds interesting with a bright and childlike delight His favorite past time is giving a helpful hand around the clan. Whether it's going out to hunt or helping apprentices out with their chores. He has strong believes in loyalty and having an honorable soul so if he notices that something doesn't match that he's be rather skeptical of it or of that person. He's protective but not known for having much of a strong backbone unless he's pushed to the test. He doesn't like the thought of fighting unless absolutely needed. His favorite pastimes are helping others, telling stories to the kits of the clan of his wild but obviously not true tales, and swimming while collecting random objects he finds interesting.
As a young kit Mackerel grew up with two sisters; being the only tom in the litter he was expected to become something big one day. That didn't end up happening as all he wanted to do with explore and make memories while his parents wanted him to focus on becoming a great warrior. While his sisters were rather obedient he loved going out and causing trouble. But it was the good trouble that gave people good laughs as all he wanted was to make others happy. As an apprentice he was the joker of the den. Always wanting to play harmless tricks on someone or tell made up stories that were so over the top it was obvious they weren't true but it was cute and made others laugh. His parents considered him a disappointment because he didn't seem to care too much about his future but what they didn't see was that he indeed was looking at his future but no in the same way or down the same path they wanted him to go down. He had a great relationship with his sisters as they were his greatest supporters and loved listening to his tall tales of whimsical adventures he'd been on or made up. As a warrior it was a harder time for him to actually start taking things seriously. He realized that he was not a young kit anymore and had responsibilities to do. There were boys and girls that caught his fancy and warrior duties that needed to be done when assigned to him. He couldn't be the carefree adventurer he had been when young. He became a bit of an introvert after that but had a kind heart and with some patience from the clan and life lessons from his mentor whom he considered like a second parent to him he managed to grow up a little and became the tom he is today.
Carried Home is a Warriors roleplay forum. We feature four clans - all four of which have futures that heavily depend on what your characters do - as well as a 50 word count minimum on RP posts, and a functioning currency and shop.
While most of the action does center around our four clans, members are also permitted to make loners, rogues, and kittypets. You can also make both StarClan and Dark Forest characters.
