Feathers are the currency on CH. They can either be put into the bank to gather interest (2% a day), or they can be spent on items in the shop.
You can earn feathers in three ways:
+ By posting. If you write a 20 word post, you will earn 5 feathers. After that, you will earn 1 feather for every 20 words you write in the post. This continued until 900+ words, where you will earn 50 feathers.
So, for example, if I write a 60 word reply, I will earn 7 feathers. 60 = 20 + 20 + 20. I get 5 for the first 20, then 1 for each 20 afterwards.
+ By ranking up. Ranks are based on your post count. You will rank up at 25 posts, 100 posts, 250 posts, 500 posts, and 1000 posts. Every time you rank up, 250 feathers will be added to the bank.
+ Through rewards and contests. Every now and again, Carried Home may host a contest or offer rewards for certain tasks. Sometimes, you be be able to earn feathers from this.
+ Through monthly challenges. Every month, writing and art challenges are posted in the Stories and Artist Corner boards respectively, and 500 feathers each can be earned by completing them.
You can also send feathers to your friends or pay for things such as art in an art shop by going into a user's profile and clicking send donation. Items can also be sent to other users if you purchase an item, go into a user's profile, and click gift/trade.

Carried Home is a Warriors roleplay forum. We feature four clans - all four of which have futures that heavily depend on what your characters do - as well as a 50 word count minimum on RP posts, and a functioning currency and shop.
While most of the action does center around our four clans, members are also permitted to make loners, rogues, and kittypets. You can also make both StarClan and Dark Forest characters.
