[OPEN] Cleaning Patrol: The Clean Adventures

Honeypaw wiggled her tail and slowly turned to head to the apprentice den to fetch Emberpaw, until she spotted Rustpaw. Oh poor Rustpaw. You have now been spotted. "Hey Rustpaw!!" She called to the other, her ever-happy tone still stuck to her voice. "Hey Rustpaw, wanna help out old moss from the dens today??" The creamy orange tabby padded over to the much more darker orange tabby, a smile across her face, and of course leaving her squad to catch up for themselves.
Honeypaw was very much (and still) determined to find as many cats as she could to join the Cleaning Patrol (*cough* squad). She only hoped the other would say yes, because the more, the merrier. "I was just gonna go look for Emberpaw and see if she wanted to join us.."

Rustpaw gave her signature smirk as she sauntered up, her tail swishing behind her. As she walked, she thought that she could detect warning glances from the two warriors. Of course, it was far too late. Honeypaw had already locked onto her target; Rustpaw. 
"A cleaning patrol..." 
Usually, she would have turned down the offer without a second glance. Today, however, she realized that she had absolutely nothing better to do; being stuck in camp.
"Eh, why not? I suppose I can join this...whatever it is supposed to be."

Milk-kit had nodded along as she listened atop Fattail's back, only half-paying attention to the warrior's explanation. It seemed easy enough, and with so many cats helping, it could be like a game. Not that Milk-kit really knew of many games due to her lack of playing, but its what she thought it may be like; many cats getting together to do something together. Then again, Honeypaw called it a patrol and the former longer had developed a bit of an understanding for what a patrol seemed to be. Did that mean a bouncy apprentice like Honeypaw was leading it?

Pulling herself out of her thoughts, the kit's milky blue gaze snapped to Rustpaw as the other young she-cat joined their ranks. Milk-kit had seen her around camp fairly frequently and, if memory served, it seemed the spunky cat was being punished. Milk-kit could imagine Rustpaw's frustration at such a punishment- being forced to face it herself- and vowed to herself that she'd do her best to not get into trouble in the future.

Honeypaw purred and flicked her tail at Rustpaw, mostly gesturing towards the other cats. "Join the crew! Also have you seen Emberpaw? I bet she'll like to join us as well." She questioned, because she wasn't sure where her sister was. She loved to hang out with her siblings, but since she became an apprentice, she seemed to have busied herself with training to become a warrior.

In carefree response, Rustpaw shook her head. Although she had been nowhere today, she could not recall spotting the ginger-pelted she-cat, and suspected that she was out of camp.
"She is probably with her mentor or something," Rustpaw said, "Still, two apprentices and two warriors makes a decent patrol. Plus, we got pipsqueak here." 
She said the last statement with a tail flick towards the kit.

With a soft sigh, she looked back at the small group she has gathered, mostly noting the young kit last. "I mean you are right.." She answered, wishing more would have joined them. "And Milk-kit is not a pipsqueak. She'll be the best cleaning warrior ever!" She did have high hopes for Milk-kit, as she is a kit, but she can't help but not be proud of the young kit for wanting to help.

Honeypaw (*cough* Honeydrop) smiled and nodded to Rustpaw. "But any who, welcome to our small group! And thanks for joining us Rustpaw..Maybe this'll help you out in the long run?" She questioned, not so sure if the punished apprentice was able to get out of punishment for doing a good deed..Or may so a chore.

Nettlefang smiled slightly when Honeypaw complimented the kit. It showed that she at least had some compassion within her, which wasn't evident by the way she woke up half the camp. It was definitely a good thing to reward a kit volunteering to help with cleaning. That told her a lot about the kit. The warrior looked over at Rustpaw. It was good for her to participate as well. Maybe it would lessen her current state of 'practically grounded'. Still, the bunch couldn't stand here forever just talking about this and that.

''Where do we start our 'cleaning patrol'? We shouldn't take the whole day doing this.''

Milk-kit beamed as she listened to the apprentices converse over the patrol. The small she-cat had a bit of trouble following conversation as her bluebell eyes flicked between Rustpaw and Honeypaw, but every time of the two glanced Milk-kit's way, the kitten's insides grew fuzzy and warm. If she had done something to please the older she-cat's, she was glad. And she'd to whatever it would take to keep it up.

"Why, thank you Honeypaw! I'm sure you'll make a great patrol leader too!" Oh, how the kitten glowed at the apprentice's praise. Yes, she would be the best cleaning warrior Mothclan had ever seen. Just watch and they'll see!!

Rustpaw shrugged once more. Until now, she had not thought to entertain the idea that this 'cleaning patrol' could help her reputation with MothStar. However, her denmate had a good point. It could assist her in the grand scheme of things. 
Then, looking to Nettlefang, she nodded. 
"How about the nursery? Sweetbriar would probably love the help. In fact..." She stared again at the kitten. "Why don't you lead the way Milkkit?"

"No problem Milk-Kit! And thank you!" Honeypaw only giggled and turned to speak with Nettlefang. "I believe we should start with the nursery, like Rustpaw suggested." The she cat mentioned, flickering her tail. She somewhat glared at Rustpaw, since she was the leader of this patrol.
"Uhm Rustpaw..I think I'll lead us there.." She didn't want the other apprentice to pick on the kit, since it was truly unfair. She glanced at Fattail to come sure he's not..napping away. She padded over to the always sleepy tom and poked him in the ear, just to make sure. "You awake still, sleepy head??" She had to have all members wide and wake to prepare for work.
