Stormpelt’s big paws are quiet as he walks, his ice blue eyes constantly look around over his shoulders. That mouse probably isn’t still chasing him, surely not, but now he’s surrounded by unfamiliar scents and sounds. Twolegs stomp all around him, making Stormpelt shy away from all the tall creatures. It is a pretty strange sight, to see a large, muscular cat like Stormpelt look so afraid, but it might also be a pretty amusing sight as well. Normal cats would turn back and flee to their home camp, where everything is familiar and safe, but Storm isn’t that forward thinking.

He eventually ends up walking alongside one of those monster paths with a bunch of twoleg dens on his other side. Storm’s paws are aching from the rough, twoleg-made ground beneath him. If only he hadn’t left his nest this morning...

Enemy target sighted. Prepare ambush in three... two... one...


The large big floof of orange flew forwards. This was his road! Nobody else's road! Technically, this was his twolegplace in general and no other cats should really be living here. He was such a slacker when it came to defending his territory because he did allow all those other cats to live with him in the roads and the twoleg nests and all his little square grasses. But one thing was for certain, and that was that nobody else was allowed to step in his square grass spot. And this strange cat was near his. Really, Knuckles was just sitting on his little human post fence, jumping at every cat that walked by. He really didn't like other cats in his yard.

"Mrowlll!" Knuckles said, facing Stormclancattresspasser.

Stormpelt lets out a terrible screech, one that can only be made by cats of siamese decent (if you’ve ever heard a siamese cat meow you know what I mean) as a strange cat flies towards him. Stormpelt takes off down the path a short ways before turning around. His fur puffs up, making the already large tom look absolutely massive. Massive and scared out of his whiskers. His tail also fluffed up, looking easily as thick as the arm of a twoleg.

He lets out a horrible “Mwrooowr” sound, trying to look and sound like he’s going to rip this strange kittypet’s head off, but it’s his expression that shows his true plan. If this kittypet charges at him again, Stormpelt will flee and likely get himself even more lost in the chaos that is the twolegplace, but if the kittypet backs off… well Stormboi will likely puff up and act tough to press his advantage. Big wussy boy.

Knuckles was very proud of himself. He did a good job letting this strange cat know that he was trespassing too close to his backyard. Now, all he had to do was finish it off. "Mrwoll!" Knuckles would reply to Stormpelt's horrific Mwrooowr. This other cat was large, but that wouldn't stop the ginger male from trying. He would never back down from a fight! Especially not one that he had a liable reason to start in the first place.

Just like expected, Knuckles would, in fact, charge this cat once again. He needed to protect his backyard! It was only the right thing to do! No massive size or bloodthirsty meow would stop him. The orange Persian would pull his lips back and pounce, likely landing a foot away from Stormpelt if the clan cat did not move at all.

The clan cat certainly moved; Stormpelt moves quicker than it seems like a cat his size should be able to. The puffball of a warrior leaps back, but he’s more than a little confused about why this kittypet is attacking him or what Knuckles is protecting. Instead of fleeing away from the kittypet’s territory, he turns and runs into Knuckles’ yard. Stormpelt is far from intelligent, okay.

Once he gets a short distance away, he turns back to see if the angry kittypet is still chasing him. If Knuckles follows, then Stormpelt will turn and flee further into the kittypet’s territory.

Knuckles was very offended that this cat did not run away from his backyard, but instead did a beeline right towards it. How vile! Repulsive! Straight from the depths of the Cutter (kittypet hell)! It was as if this beast was trying to do whatever it took to rile up the orange ball of angry fur! Knuckles just couldn't wrap his mind around the thought of how a cat could be so cruel as to trespass on somebody's backyard!

Of course he took flight, spitting as this repulsive beast trod on his finely cut grass, trampling his petunias. Begone, demon!

The terrified warrior flees towards the twoleg den, thinking perhaps he can take shelter in there since the cat behind him is not ceasing his pursuit. The twoleg den is his only option, as the out-of-shape tom is quickly running out of breath. As he nears the den, his breath catches; it’s so much bigger than he expected up close. He doesn’t pause, though, as he is more scared of the cat behind him than the den in front of him.

As he nears the area he thinks might be the entrance, he can see a little flap he thinks he can open. He leaps for it, though his hindquarters get stuck on the door and he struggles in order to get through the cat door. There’s a crack audible from the cat door’s frame as the large tom shoves himself through it, but he’s free on the other side.

He doesn’t have time to take in his new surroundings before a pair of furless paws scoop him up and off the ground. He lets out a blood curdling scream, worthy of the Siamese blood in his veins. The female twoleg doesn’t seem to care at all, as she strokes his head. The tom’s tail curls around himself as he is positive that he is about to die. The twoleg has no such thought though, as she calls for her mate to come look at this new stray cat she wants to take in. She continually repeats the name “BoBo,” quickly deciding that she should name this new cat BoBo. Stormpelt is so scared by the whole thing, he doesn’t even think to claw or bite her. He is just frozen by fear… he didn’t actually need to pee, but a little bit trickles out anyways. He is absolutely terrified.

Knuckles's fur rose even more as he saw the direction in which this strange cat was headed. Undoubtedly to the little flap that led to the inside of his twoleg nest. His home and his property! No other cat had ever entered such sacred ground, and Knuckles was not too keen on that starting today. However, his attempts to catch the invader were fruitless as Stormpelt somehow squeezed his way through the little sqare flap, stumbling into the housefolk den of which he called his house.

Knuckles bustled through his cat flap, eyes wide as he scanned the house for Stormpelt. He had to find this cat before-

The hideous screech alerted the Persian of his presence, and upon bounding to the source of the noise, Knuckles did a total face flop into the ground as his legs actually buckled from underneath him. Thing Two was currently holding the large cat in her arms, repeating some strange phrase over and over again before showing the cat to Thing One. Just like Stormpelt, or BoBo, Knuckles was scared too. He didn't like how this was headed. Even though the cat meowled and screamed up at his housefolk, he was suddenly ushered away because they were so interested in this new cat. Did they not like him anymore? What was happening? Knuckles was sad. He was confused.

Another twoleg, a male this time, trots into the room. He gasps as he sees the big wildcat in his wife’s arms, then grins. Giving Stormpelt, or BoBo as he is now being called, a couple pats on the head which makes Bo’s eyes grow ever larger with fear, the male leans down and scoops up Knuckles in his arms to bring him nose to nose with Bo.

“Meet your new brother, Knuckles!” The female squeals happily as Bo shrinks away from the tom that had been chasing him mere moments ago. Deciding that the female is less dangerous than Knuckles, Bo curls into her chest to try and hide himself from the other tom. After a moment, a confused look passes over the female’s face and she quickly takes a peek under Bo’s tail to make sure that the wild cat was indeed a tom, causing Bo to make a strangled cry of alarm. Seeing that her first exclamation was correct, she pushes Bo closer to his enemy tom.

The male twoleg speaks up too, “We’ll have to get him a collar right away! Until then, we should keep him indoors. I’m sorry, Knuckles, but you’ll have to stay inside too for a bit.” The twoleg mournfully pats Knuckles on the head while leaning down and locking the cat door, trapping the pair of toms inside together. After another moment of snuggling with their respective cats (no matter how hard said cats struggle, though Bo is too fearful to move a single muscle), the couple place the toms on the floor and sweep out the door, telling them that they’ll be right back with a collar for BoBo.

Stormpelt/BoBo stands as still as a plank of wood, terror still written all over his face even as the twolegs leave. Everything happened so fast… Stormpelt is not sure what to do in this situation. His light blue eyes soon find Knuckles, however, and Storm tries to flee from the house… but he runs headfirst into the locked cat door. The door makes a loud cracking sound as Stormpelt’s bulk hits it, but he doesn’t manage to break through and he falls backwards onto his bum.

Knuckles let out a mournful wail of complaint as he was soon scooped up by the male housefolk. He wouldn't usually mind this, but his eyes grew huge and another distressed wail and hiss escaped as he was shoved forwards to face BoBo. No! He didn't wanna sniff this beast! Knuckles was very happy when the cat was whisked away for a heartbeat, which was all the reason why the orange male was even more surprised and horrified when Stormpelt was ushed forwards again, booping Knuckles on the nose.

He sneezed.

Knuckles did not know what his humans were saying, but he knew it was not good when they decided to lock his cat door, trapping the other male inside with him. He flashed his tail madly as he was further cuddled. Then, the humans swept out of the door to get inside their monster and ride away to whoever knew where.

He did not make any attempts to move just yet, surprised to see this cat race towards the cat door. Because it was locked, Knuckles did not know what this cat was expecting to happen. He was faintly amused when he hit the flap, falling backwards to the ground with a thud. Clearly, this was the perfect time for he himself to move. "Meerowlr!" he yelled, leaping forwards and aiming for the tail in a desperate attempt to rid of this invader scum.
