Appearance A lean and lanky tom with a beautiful blue coat. Despite his lethargic personality, Shadow is surprisingly fit, featuring all the qualities of a feral cat being trained in role of guarding his home. Hazel eyes peer out at the world, largely unimpressed by what they see. Shadow has a bad habit of not meeting other cat's eyes when speaking to them.  Personality Lethargic. Lazy. Inattentive. Words that basically boil down to his most characteristic trait - his love of doing absolutely nothing at all. Shadow's main concerns in life are where and when his next nap will be, and how to avoid doing as much work as possible. Shadow is very interested in doing absolutely nothing at all, but being given the role of a Home Guard To-Be doesn't really facilitate his choice of lifestyle.  Shadow tries to minimize his interactions with others, but actually doesn't mind casual conversations here and there. He has a skillful way of avoiding promises and likes to steer the conversation away anything to do with his responsibilities. A pretty laid-back cat, he doesn't lose his temper often ... though this is more likely due to the fact that it would require too much effort to get angry and escalate situations.  Favourite phrases: - "What a bother." - "That's too much work ..." - "I'll do it eventually." His older brother can only be described as an absolute overachiever, something that Shadow has always resented, but has grown to be fairly indifferent about. With his name, his parents had also given him the expectation to achieve success in life ... something that he cares little about.
