Name: Squirrel Chattering in Tree (Squirrel)
Gender: Female
Age: 30 moons
Sexuality: Bi
Tribe of Ancient Roots
Rank: Home-guard (To-be = Heron that Snaps at Fish)
Appearance: Squirrel is a dark brown oriental cat. She has massive eyes that are somewhere between a yellow and green; they tend to fall towards a yellow with a slight greenish tint. Her frame is tiny, but she has long slender legs that make her very tall. She has a slender tail that is constantly twitching.
Personality: Squirrel is very… hyper. She loves to talk and to teach, though she chatters to the point of being annoying. She’s often optimistic, though she can quickly turn serious should the situation demand it. She is generally happy and seemingly carefree, though she’s ponderous. She loves to work at problems, twisting simple accepted norms of nature around in her head while she chatters about it to the nearest cat. However, she becomes a completely different cat when there’s danger about, particularly danger to her tribemates. She becomes a fierce she-cat, not unlike a queen protecting her kittens
Strengths
Squirrel is very smart, able to work out complex problems in her mind. This translates less to tactics, though she’s also a very good fighter. She relies heavily on agility, though she is far from weak.
Squirrel is determined; she doesn’t ever give up on a problem or situation. This can sometimes turn into a weakness as most problems she likes to think on are impossible for cats to answer, but it can also be a good attribute.
Weaknesses
Squirrel never shuts up. Like ever. She’s constantly talking about some natural thing she observed or another. She often starts to speak the obvious, though she often puts her own twist and theories into her conversations; either way, most tribemates will find her extremely annoying.
Squirrel is near worthless at hunting; she can try, and she does try quite often, but it is rather hopeless.
History: Squirrel has lived a mostly ordinary life. She was born in the Tribe, raised in the Tribe, trained in the Tribe, and eventually made a full home-guard. She’s always been weird, and her tribemates treat her as such. She’s never cared much what is said about her; she’s more concerned with the newest thing that caught the attention of her wandering mind than what her tribemates are thinking about her. Even when she was a tiny kit, Squirrel had started mewling and chittering; her mother likened it to a squirrel up in a tree, chattering away. That, along with her brown coat, gave her the name Squirrel Chattering in Tree.
