Name: Hazelkit - Hazelpaw - Hazelwish
Age: 33 moons
Gender: She-cat
Clan: Ivyclan
Rank: Warrior
Apprentice: None
Other: Has an empathy connection with her littermate, Brackenfall.
Relatives:
Sparrowcry/Brackenfall - Siblings
Dovesong (deceased) - Mother
Personality: Originally, when she was an apprentice, she was a happy-go-lucky cat. She always strives to cheer on her clanmates, even if she isn't as talented as they were, her number one goal was to make sure that everyone felt supported and ready to take on the day. This earned her her name, Hazelwish, in her efforts to believe in everyone as much as possible and help them however she could. Her tone is cheery and light, and the very forest sings in response to her bright attitude. This all changed, though, when her brother Brackenfall left Ivyclan for Mothclan. She had been torn, wondering if she was wrong in believing in him all those moons. Had it not been enough? At this point, she still does her best to support those she loves and cares about in the clan, including her remaining brother Sparrowcry, but it's easy to tell that her heart isn't quite in it anymore. She terribly misses Brackenfall. It had been the three of them against the world, and now it felt like part of her was torn away. She didn't dare go after him, or speak to him after it was clear Sparrowcry resented their disowned family member, but Hazelwish just, well, wished, that it could go back to how it used to be. The poor dear desperately needs friends, some cats that she can believe in and not feel guilty about loving them as dearly as she does Sparrow and Bracken. She's rather lean, looking more like her traitorous brother than the one who stayed with her. Her pelt is a mix of pale brown and gray, with dark brown tabby stripes running through it. The tips of her ears are tufted and her eyes are a warm honey color. It's difficult for her to see her reflection, or her paws splayed out in front of her. All it does is remind her of her lost brother, and as such she currently hates how she looks because of it. Perhaps it would be possible for her to return to her old happy self, but it would take some effort.
Strengths:
Inspiring - She always knows the right words to say to fire someone up.
Thoughtful - Always going for that cat's favorite piece of prey, or making sure that the elders have all they need.
Weaknesses:
Self-hating - She doesn't believe she's worth much, or can do anything but support those who are worth something.
Self-sacrificing - If it came to it, she'd sacrifice her life for anyone in her clan, or for Brackenfall, or really for many cats. If they didn't deserve to get hurt or die, it would be better if she did. She didn't matter, in the grand scheme of things.
