APPEARANCE
Key Appearance Details:
Short, gray tabby fur with patches of white
Strong, muscled legs and short white socks
Soft green eyes
Long whiskers
Overall small body
Calm, quiet voice
Gray has beautiful, yet rather short, gray-silver (hence the name) tabby fur, with a lighter gray underside and white neck. She has medium-length strong, muscled legs with white paws, otherwise known as socks, on the end. She has short, sharp claws that are always ready, but rarely does she need them for self defense. Her dark pink nose twitches whenever she laughs her calm, quiet laugh, along with her soft greenish eyes that squint when she grins. Her long whiskers help her hunt, since she has to catch her own prey being a loner. Overall, her small figure and light pawsteps make for a great combination, letting her stealthily move through the undergrowth of the forest she calls her temporary home.
PERSONALITY
Core Personality Traits
Positive
Humble
Gray is a very humble cat, rarely speaking of her personal achievements. She cares more for others' diligency than her own, leading to her being a very good listener rather than a sociable cat. Although she lives by herself, she meets the other loners quite often, some being good friends of hers, and sometimes chats with the Clan cats a few pawsteps from their borders.
Calm
Gray is calm, meaning she rarely loses her temper over anything- anything, that is, besides her loved ones. She will always try to make peace instead of fighting, however if need be, she will fight for the lives of her friends. She is always cool-headed, and therefore always seems collected and goes at things with a level-head instead of making rash decisions based on the first appearance.
Optimistic
Gray decided as a young kit that the world was full of plump mice and perfect cats. Her image of the world has only decreased by a small amount since she was a kit, leaving her with a smile on her face when it rains. She looks on the bright side of everything, which can get annoying sometimes, and always turns bad news into good news.
Quiet
Gray is often silent, sometimes going days without being social with anyone. She tends to be more of a listener, her thoughts more important to her than her words. Because she thinks rather than talks, she is a clever cat, so she doesn't need a whole lot of time to decide on things or try to think of things others couldn't within the hour.
Neutral
Obedient
Being so careful of others and how they speak, since Gray doesn't speak much, she is quick to follow others' orders. She isn't stubborn or likes to be the leader, so she easily follows rather than guides. She can be a bit of a suck-up sometimes because of this, however she usually just stays quiet, like she normally would.
Noncompetitive
Gray isn't a cat that gets so riled up over small competitions, and she doesn't understand all the ambitions others have. The world, she believes, could be a much nicer place if everyone wasn't all tied up around being the best and winning at everything. Her entire life, she has done nothing of the competitive sort, nor has she cared about such things.
Negative
Blunt
Gray does care for cats and their feelings, however she can sometimes get a little too honest. She tells you what you need to hear, even if it isn't what you want to hear. She rarely sugar coats anything, so if you were expecting the best news possible, it is recommended that you get your information from someone a little less frank.
Passive
Gray is obedient, and along with this, she lets others decide things for her much too often. She will let others do the talking for her, and lets others push her over a quite commonly. She doesn't fight back until someone she loves is hurt, taking little care for her own safety or her own image of herself.
Naive
Gray, being still a very young cat, can get very naive sometimes. She tries her best to believe everyone has good in them, often leading to her trusting the wrong people, and still unseeing of their faults. She may reveal too much to strangers, and so she is a very trusting and innocent young cat.
Gullible
Gray is naive and trusting, so she also is very gullible. She is easily persuaded to think things that are untrue, and most cats know this, so she is easily tricked and usually becomes miserable if she finds out the truth because of it.
HISTORY
Gray was born to a loner and a kittypet, her mother a kittypet and her father a loner. Her mother's name was Autumn, being a brown tabby with white socks and a white neck, and green eyes. Her father was Stone, being a gray-silver tabby with green eyes. They met at a young age, and had kits when they were both twenty-three moons. Gray was born into a large litter of five, and with inexperienced parents, her two sisters died before they were a moon. Her two brothers, stronger than she, made it out of kithood, along with Gray who was still stumbling along. She was known as the runt of the litter, even after growing into her adult size, which was still small.
Her parents taught them all they needed to know about hunting and surviving on their own, and soon enough the three were old enough to move from their parents' safe den. At the beginning, nobody wanted to be separated, so they all lived together. Nearly a moon later, they took their separate ways and now are living by themselves. All four of Gray's immediate kin are still living, thankfully, however Gray wishes her sisters were still here with her today.
