Name: Emberkit - Emberpaw - Embersplash
Age: 58 moons
Gender: Male
Clan: Mistclan
Rank: Warrior
Apprentice: --
Family:
Younger sister - Quillpaw
Personality: Embersplash is a very.. Doublesided tom. It usually depends on what time of day you catch him, the earlier the better. He tends to wake up at dawn all chipper and ready to start the day, also incredibly helpful around this time. His fellow warriors tend to know this, and often ask him for help doing chores or going on patrols earlier in the day, when he often agrees happily. He enjoys telling jokes, even laughing at the terrible ones, and gives the absolute best lessons to apprentices during the early hours. His mood starts to darken later in the day. Some believe its because he's starting to get tired, others think it's because he just can't handle being awake and around others that long. The true reason is unknown, but his peers know to steer clear from him as soon as the sun starts to go down instead of up. He starts off just being more snappy, his temper shortens, and by the end of the day he becomes so menacing that only an aggravated, tired glare will send any apprentice scurrying out of his way. Though his temper usually remains the same for all cats, he becomes especially snappy at those that aren't clanborn, a habit ground into him by his parents while he was young. He also remains more or less civil to his sister, though it isn't uncommon for the two to get into heated arguments, she's usually the only one that can talk any sense into him. If you need something done and the sun is down, you should ask Quill before you even think of approaching Ember about it. His friends are also treated with a different attitude, but the best they'll get out of him is a few less than polite comments.
All that's relevant about his history was that he was born in Mistclan, and has been taught every single pawstep of his life that clanborn cats are naturally better than other cats. They're born in a civilized society, where they grow up to be strong and proud warriors. His family always prided itself on being one of the few remaining pure clan blood lines. He held his head high all his life because of this, often looking down on others that either were from outside the clan, had blood from outside the clan, or even mated with those without pureblood. He didn't outwardly attack them, but has always looked on with disdain. He's grown up since those times, quickly realizing he couldn't just ignore these cats, since they made up a significant part of the clan, but when he gets grouchier that side of him sometimes comes out.
Ember is a rather long tom, with thick fur covering every inch of his body. Most of it is a rather dirty eggshell in color, but he has quite a few bright splashes of stark ginger tabby in various places, from the tip of his tail to speckles on his muzzle. His left eye is a deep chocolate brown, while his right eye is a shining grassy green, a typical trait in his family's bloodline. His paws are rather wide and excellent for swimming, though he'd much rather stay away from the water due to it logging down his bushy fur.
