We all know the iconic birthday clown. They make jokes, they make balloon animals, sometimes they make kids cry... all good fun!
Ahem, so, this contest puts the clown front-and-center: Draw your character as a clown. Whichever gets voted "biggest shoes"* at the end of the month wins a short gif of that clown character juggling. Seriously! Someone take me up on this.
