Heronfrost the basics character's name: Heronfrost. age: thirty-two moons. biological sex: Tom. gender: Tom. clan: MothClan. rank: Warrior. sexuality: Demi-Sapiosexual. the appearance Appearance: Heronfrost's base-derma is a silverish alabaster color, however, his peltage is rather ebony atop of the silver-white. His fur is quite unique, having charcoal-black leopard-like speckles, along with black tabby stripes as well. His color is rather gorgeous, being comely, in my opinion of course. Heronfrost's visionaries are very diverse, being a deepish amber-brown, probably his best trait about him, his beautiful derma quite close behind the eyes. Heronfrost's nose is strange, as most cats have pinkish noses or often grey, though his is uniquely jet black. His build is rather lithesome and average, considering he's not the most muscular, as he isn't built for fighting in general. Though, Heronfrost's ears are a bit larger than they should be, quite abnormal. His tail is strange as well, as his fur length is short, though the fur length of his tail is more longer than it should be. His fur grows strangely. the personality Personality: Heronfrost in one word, is bittersweet. Heronfrost is ambitious; like most cats, from the moment he was kitted he wanted his name to be remembered as Heronfrost the warrior who died in battle, Heronstar the powerful leader of MothClan, Heronfrost the fearless MothClan deputy, even though the clan was just created, that's what it would've been, but where he came from, it was IvyClan. you name it, he wanted it. his ambition is his main drive and will push him forward in his training in leaps and bounds as he tries to become the best of the best. His ambition is not the kind in which he would lie and cheat to achieve what he wants, he may be dishonest but he's no rat that will betray and lurk in the shadows waiting to attack. Heronfrost intends to earn his power, to earn the respect of others. although his ambition is more of a positive trait in the tabby cat, it brings out his competitive side that tells him he must win to be worthy; when in reality he can't always win. he's a sore loser and tends to lose his way for a short time after a big loss, for example; failure in battle as an apprentice will bring him great disappointment and anger in himself - most definitely a negative effect on the tom cat. this handsome tom is of course, the most flirtatious cat you'll ever meet. he's the kind to drop anothers suffix and speak in smooth, dolcet tones in his attempt to serenade every cat he meets; male or female, anything that moves. his flirtatious nature ties in with the idea of having a family, something Heronfrost longs for. although he shows bisexual tendencies, he wants to meet a female she-cat who will take his heart and mind as her own and build a family with her; but fate may have a different idea in store for the handsome cat. Heronfrost wants a family - yes, but that doesn't mean he'll be good at it. Heronfrost is irresponsible and illogical, this does not meld well with fatherhood, he'll be awkward, messy and over all a tall kit looking after more kits. Heronfrost isn't all positivity and love, this cat is dishonest. lying is almost a second nature for Heronfrost, and he's convincing too. you would wondering how one could manage to create a web of lies to live in and still manage to maintain the belief, somehow Heronfrost manages it; it's difficult to catch him in his web, but if you look closely you'll find his errors. this seems to tie in with his inability to trust others, or to be trusted by others. he loves meeting new cats, to flirt with the confidence of the best cat in the forest but it takes many moons of friendship to earn his trust and honesty; he's only trusted by his clan for his loyalty but his word can not be trusted at all times which is unhelpful when he is the lone witness to an event that needs to be retold. he is loyal, courageous and extroverted; these traits give him his cocky attitude that he earned through many moons of training. he know his skills, he knows where he belongs and he knows how to control a crowds focus. he is in his element during a gathering where he can boast about his skills and flirt with the cats of other clans and charm the high ranks that past by him with looks of displeasure at his bold tongue. his courage and loyalty to MothClan allow him to happily leave the clan with the idea of 'if i risk my life for another warrior, or for my clan, i'll die happy.'. he wants nothing more from his clan than to serve and protect with all of skills he worked so hard to hone. Heronfrost is a bit blind, or perhaps dense or unobservant in one way. Love. If another is dissatisfied with him they have to approach him and directly. He's oblivious to another's love, if a cat has found them falling for Heronfrost, he won't notice; it's nothing personal, he's just an oblivious fur-ball who's too busy looking at his on reflection before showing empathy to the sad or giving attention to those who want it from him. Though, lastly, he is calculating, giving him his bitter part of his persona, often being found cold-hearted and brutal, especially over one's higher authority, much like Hailstrike. This mainly occurs towards family members who have more authority than he does. He's respectful to anyone else, nonetheless. the history/other Skills: + Fighting, leaping, and running. - Hunting, tracking, and mental strength. : Climbing, tracking, and stamina. father: Viperstrike - deceased mother: Molefur siblings: Harestep and Runningflame. other relatives: N/A. overall history • Born to a litter of three, the small white bundle of fur who came last also ended up being the runt of the litter. He was and still is the smallest of his siblings. His mother named him Heronkit for the color of his pelt as well as his size. Small, white flowers fit him wonderfully, even if Hemlock itself could kill a cat. As the smallest of the litter, he was also the weakest. Early on, his health was almost always at a decline, and he would often get sick from a change in the weather or from something the other cats carried in on their pelts. Had it not been for the previous medicine cat's perseverance, he might not have made it past his kittenhood. He spent more time in the medicine cat den than in the nursery once he was no longer supposed to remain at his mother's side. When it came time for his littermates to become apprentices, he was held back for a moon to recover from a head cold. It was decided that he would become the medicine cat's apprentice rather than that of a warrior's. It was more in worry that he might never make it past the physical training required to become a warrior, and he appeared more at ease in the medicine cat's den than around larger groups of cats. Once he was well enough, he received the name Heronpaw, and he began his training. It became clear that his health was gradually improving over the course of the next couple of moons, and he was just as healthy as the next cat by the time he reached his twelfth moon. He grew a little larger, too, though it was not much of an improvement. His first trial as a medicine cat apprentice came in the form of his father. While he was out on a patrol, Viperstrike and the two cats he was with encountered a lone fox. The encounter itself was short lived, and they managed to chase the creature off. However, this did not come without casualties. Viperstrike had to be rushed back to the medicine cat den, his fur matted with blood from several large gashes and bite marks along his neck and back. He had taken the bulk of the attacks to let the other warriors deal as much damage as they could to the fox, and it showed. Heronpaw was frantic in his attempts to stop his father's bleeding while the medicine cat prepared herbs to press against his wounds to stop infection, yet they were too late. Not even their efforts could help him as the life in his eyes faded on the den floor. Heronpaw was distraught. He believed he had failed as a medicine cat's apprentice. He could not even save his own father, so how was he expected to help the clan? Over the course of the next two moons, his mentor tried their hardest to pull the small apprentice out of mourning. It was after a lengthy lecture about Starclan that Heronpaw finally snapped out of it, or so it seemed. He returned to his old self, acting as though he had finally come to terms with his father's death to move on. But, he had not. As time went on, Heronpaw became Heronfrost, as he grew somewhat bitter. Because his failure as a medicine cat apprentice, he asked to become a warrior. So he had done so. Soon enough, the rebellion happened, and MothClan had been formed. He joined MothClan as a warrior, ready to start fresh again. He was new to the clan, just like the rest. There hasn't been much going on, except the most recent announcement. The deputy, appointed as Hailstrike, Heronfrost's cousin, and the medicine cat, Cedarleap. the role player other characters: Bleh. Roleplay Sample: --- made by remi of rilla go! |
