Scorpio's heart thrummed in his chest at the sight of the two clans marching toward the park. It was his domain, and he wished, as they crossed the Thunderpath, that a wall of monsters would speed past and flatten them. He wasn't so lucky. The Alliance rogue got the distinct impression that they weren't coming to talk, and that he would almost undoubtedly be killed if he went down there, but he had to go talk to them anyway. Though the Alliance cats didn't loiter around the park anymore, he knew that other cats did. The longer the warriors stuck around, the more of a threat they would become.
Scorpio had an idea. If he was surrounded by Twolegs, the clanners wouldn't dare attack him. And if they did? The Twolegs would surely take notice, and that would spell the end of the clans living undisturbed nearby. The Twolegs hadn't been as active as usual recently, but today was one of the busier days. With all that in mind, Scorpio hopped down and headed straight for the station, planning to brush past the park and the Rotting Den on his way. With any luck, he'd get to the station before the clans caught up to the scent-trail.
Though his joints ached with age, Waspthroat had jumped on the chance to join at least one last outing before he retired. The old tom had noticed his eyes not working quite right and his body not responding quite how it use to and feared his days in the warrior den might be coming to an end all too soon. Of course he had told no one yet, but it was obvious with his graying muzzle and how many times you had to call him to get his full attention. Despite all of this, he had insisted on joining the group as they marched their way upon the Alliance.
These cats, hardly better than rogues, had been a thorn in his clans side for far too long already and he was more than ready to step in and end it once and for all. And if Starclan happened to bring him home from the battle that was sure to ensue, then so be it.
He lagged behind the large group a bit, watching the clans move as one, united with their bitter grudge against the same group. Waspthroat always loved how the clans could work so closely when they had a common enemy, though he would have liked them to be able to work together without there being a fight or an enemy to draw them together.
The two units moved as one across the thunderpath and towards where they last had news of the Alliance being. It was time to end this.
Carried Home is a Warriors roleplay forum. We feature four clans - all four of which have futures that heavily depend on what your characters do - as well as a 50 word count minimum on RP posts, and a functioning currency and shop.
While most of the action does center around our four clans, members are also permitted to make loners, rogues, and kittypets. You can also make both StarClan and Dark Forest characters.
