Appearance
Rolled Description: Longhaired cinnamon tortie with up to 50% white markings.
Hootpaw is a fluffy long-furred cat with a pelt of warm cinnamon and orange mottled tortoiseshell colors. White markings creep down her cheeks, cover her chest, underbelly and parts of her legs and toes as well as spotting randomly among her melted fur. While she is not as large as some of her littermates, she did inherit a slightly larger build from both of her parents. She is averagely proportioned and her tail is fluffy. Her nose and paw pads are a slightly warmer pink than the paler tone beneath her pelt. She has round eyes that are a bright golden green.
Scent - Her clans typical musty smell from the waterfall clings deep in her pelt, but the distinct smell of dried fallen leaves is also present
Voice - Clear, silvery-sweet tone
Personality
Hootpaw is the lovely and kind daughter of the leader. She has a sweet disposition, always looking to share or help out in some way. She is bright and warm to all of her clanmates, her bubbly personality making her well-known and well-liked. She puts her mind to use to solve issues or find an advantage for herself fairly well. The she-cat can be rather mature, always displaying her politeness and patience with others. She respects those with more experience and is very obedient to the rules and her parents words and teachings. She has picked up her mothers reliable determination and works hard with the hopes of being what others need her to be. Confident in herself and with the approval of her peers, she sticks closely to who she knows she is.
She is eager to please others and this need to meet the expectations of others can weigh heavily on her, especially if she can't be what's needed of her. She will work herself to the bone to meet her expectations and this can be overwhelming and wearing on her. Her respect and obedience can interfere with her ability to speak up or questions things she feels are wrong. She is quite smart, but sometime she won't put her thoughts out there as she feels it may not be her place. Her intellect can also get in her way as she overthinks things which leads to more anxiety for her. The sweet and kind nature she has leads her to easily be attached to those she's close to or likes. She can come off as clingy and just as she takes failure poorly, she does not take rejection or loss well.

- Lost her father, Goldenmane, and brother, Fishkit, in the MistClan camp flood.
- Right before she started her apprenticeship Hootkit discovered she had the ability to understand birds (Language item used).
- Named Hootswoop by her mother, Bearstar, for her grace and support.
- Not long after she was named a warrior, her mother lost her final lives in a fight with a fox. Mothsnarl was there to fight alongside their mother and was also injured.
